About
Commonwealth Avenue is often compared to the boulevards of Paris. Lined with elegant brownstones, statues, memorials, and luxury living quarters it is considered the spine of the posh Back Bay. Running from the Boston Public Garden to Kenmore Square, then on through the Boston University Campus, it continues on into some of the wealthiest suburbs in the state of Massachusetts. It is an absolute hotbed of activity with college students in the late-night eateries, ethnic cafes, pizza shops, sushi bars, martini bars, late-night pubs and Boston University's concert arena. The MBTA Greenline (subway) runs along the surface of the avenue. Similar domains: CommonwealthAve.com
